4/20/08 Bernie & Chuck Kalkbrenner sponsored with 30 in attendance. www.caringbridge.org/visit/ralphmahlke Ralph is out of CO and in his own room. Hopefully he will be home this week. Betty Wood is in the hospital in critical condition. John Meeks went to the hospital on Friday, condition unknown. DIED MONDAY APRIL 21 Diane & Jim Liesse are leaving the 24th for Oglesby IL. Bob & Leatha Hukills are leaving the 21st and heading for Alaska. Motorhoming it all the way.

4/20/08 Jules Croft sponsored the first summer coffee this past Sunday with 37 people in attendance. They decided that it would be better to have the coffee hour at 8:30 rather than 8:00. It was reported that Delores Dewey is at St Joseph's Hospital, cards can be sent to her home. Rich & Berna took an extra day to get home as the road from Deming NM was closed due to blowing wind.

4/27/08 Delores Dewey sponsored coffee and is glad to be out of the hospital. She says she's gaining strength every day. There were 23 in attendance. Ralph Mahlke is home from the hospital hopefully you have been following Ralph's ordeal on CaringBridge web site. Betty Wood is still in the hospital and has improved but not out of the woods yet, she's still in ICU with no visitors but is getting cards. The Red Hatters are on vacation due to Summer Queen Bee's illness. Roger Iverson spent a couple of days in the VA hospital but is home and back to work.
